Our legal duties

We fulfil our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010, which protects individuals from discrimination and sets out the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED). This duty requires schools to:

A Shared Equalities Framework

As part of a multi‑academy trust, our school works within a trust-wide equalities framework. This includes a set of strategic equality objectives that guide and strengthen our approach across all schools. This framework promotes consistency, ambition and high standards in how we champion fairness, inclusion and equal opportunities.
